Using my sales drive to become a Recruitment Consultant

If you are considering a career in sales then you should also consider working within recruitment. At Absolute Appointments, we also recruit for a number IT / Financial Recruitment Consultancies who use us to recruit their own consultants. This job involves high pressure, long hours and huge amounts of selling, most of which takes place over the telephone. However, the rewards can be enormous. In your first year you could expect to earn £35,000 - £50,000. A top earner, after a few years, can make anything up to £150,000 per annum. We must stress though this job is not for the faint hearted. You will need to be ruthlessly money-motivated, exceptionally persuasive and highly resilient. If you can convince us that you are then we will put the time and energy into coaching you through the interview process with our clients.
